The updated K-YBGL megacalc requires a reagent blank, but I've blanked my spectrophotometer against the blank. How do I proceed with the K-YBGL Megacalc calculator?

There are two options:

1. Blank the spectrophotometer (against water / an empty cuvette) and record the absorbances for the reagent blank value, standards and samples, and enter the data into the Megacalc. The Megacalc calculator will deduct the reagent blank from everything. 

2. If you wish to blank the spectrophotometer against the reagent blank, firstly blank the spectrophotometer (against water / an empty cuvette) and record the absorbances for the reagent blank prior to blanking the spectrophotometer with this (the reagent blank absorbance value information may be requested if troubleshooting is required, so it should always be recorded). Subsequently, blank the spectrophotometer against the reagent blank, and then enter zero into the reagent blank cells in the megacalc.
