An auto-analyser would be only able to be used to read the absorbances of the samples at the glucose determination part of the K-TSTA procedure.The K-TSTA kit method would have to be carried out manually as detailed in the corresponding booklet and then the glucose absorbance can then be read using the analyser in absorbance mode at 510nm.
