Samples have formed a gel after enzyme digestion in the Rapid Integrated Total Dietary Fiber Assay Procedure (K-RINTDF), is it possible to use this for filtration?

We have seen this issue before with samples containing high amounts of pectin. One way to solve the problem is to reduce the sample weight to 100mg instead of 1g. 

This should reduce the filtration time 10 fold and make sample handling easier.
