Is it possible to carry out the enzyme inactivation step in K-RAFGL in a boiling water bath instead of at 84-88C?

This temperature range is recommended in order to ensure that the ethanol does not boil out of the top of the tube.  A boiling water bath can be used at this step and a bigger tube should be used. The higher temperature will have no effect on the sugars.
