D-Fructose/D-Glucose Assay Kit (K-FRUGL).

This is the kit recommended if using a manual spectrophotometer.

This kit is supplied with the reagents in stable forms and are prepared by the end-user and is designed for use with manual spectrophotometers (e.g. MegaQuant Wave D-MQWAVE), microplate format and auto-analysers.

The performance of this kit is identical to the K-FRGLQR kit however it has a longer shelf life due to the formulation reagents.

The D-Fructose/D-Glucose (Liquid Ready Reagents) (K-FRGLQR)

This kit is supplied with the reagents already prepared i.e. as solution ready to use and is for designed for use with auto-analysers.

The performance of this kit is identical to the K-FRUGL kit however it has a slightly shorter shelf life due to the prepared reagents.

D-Fructose and D-Glucose Assay Kit (MegaQuant™ Format) (K-FRGLMQ)

This kit provides a colourimetric assay and is for use with a MegaQuant meter (this is different to the MegaQuant Wave) however this instrument has been discontinued.
