The Maltose/Sucrose/D-Glucose assay is linear over the range of 4 to 80 μg of D-glucose or maltose and 8 to 160 μg of sucrose per assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the supplied D-glucose standard at 0.40 mg/mL will correspond to 40 µg of D-glucose in the assay.
