The two most comment steps we recommend for removing turbidity from liquid samples are centrifugation and filtration.
We recommend centrifuging an aliquot of samples at 13,000 RPM for 10 minutes or filtering through Whatmann No. 1 Filter paper as these may be sufficient to remove this turbidity.
You can then use the clean supernatant/filtrate in the assay or for dilution.
