In the Resistant Starch Assay Kit (K-RSTAR), will weighing less Pancreatic alpha amylase (< than 1g/100mL) affect the results?

We recommend performing the assay exactly as described in the method. 

Lower PAA weights may be weighed but the volume of buffer must also be adjusted equally, for example 1g/100mL or 0.5g/50mL.

Changing this ratio may affect the analysis and any changes to this method will need to be validated internally.
