What is the difference between Cellazyme AF tablets (T-CAF) and Cellazyme C tablets (T-CCZ)?

Modified on Fri, 31 Jan, 2020 at 2:53 PM

Cellazyme AF tablets (T-CAF) are identical to Cellazyme C tablets (T-CCZ) except that they are just 40 mg, compared to Cellazyme C tablets, which are 60 mg. This smaller size allows more economical use of the substrate in larger scale screening. Repeatability with Cellazyme AF tablets is slightly reduced as a result of the lower amount of substrate per test.
